Delivery times

Orders are delivered within 3–5 business days from the date of purchase.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Shipping fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. Any current promotions or free shipping offers will be applied automatically.

Inspection on delivery

You have the right to inspect your order on delivery before accepting it. Take a moment to open the package with the courier and check your pieces — it's the easiest time to flag anything that isn't right.

Tracking your order

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation with your tracking details. If anything looks off, reach out at bywrdeg@gmail.com or on Instagram [@bywrdeg] and we'll look into it for you.

A few notes

Please make sure your shipping address and phone number are correct at checkout — couriers will call before delivery.
If a delivery attempt is missed, the courier will try again within 1–2 business days.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly during sale periods, public holidays, or unforeseen courier delays.
In case you refuse to accept your order, you are demanded to pay the shipping fees.

Returns & exchanges

We want every piece to feel right — the fabric, the fit, the print. If something isn't quite what you hoped for, we're happy to take it back.

Our policy

When your order arrives: Take a moment to check it with the courier before accepting. If something's not right, just hand it back on the spot — once the courier leaves, we're not able to take it back.

Got a defect? If your piece has a manufacturing fault, we've got you — we'll take it back at no charge.

Need a different size or piece? No problem! You can change your size or swap for something else within 14 days. Just a small 110 EGP shipping fee to cover the swap.

Quick checklist — items should be unworn, unwashed, with tags still on and in their original packaging.

A couple of notes: for hygiene reasons we can't accept intimates that have been worn or washed, and sale items are final 🤍
