Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to have a smooth and comfortable shopping experience with WRD.

If something isn't quite right, here's how exchanges work:

You can check your order at the doorstep. If it's not suitable, you can return it to the courier immediately.

Once the order is received and accepted, items can be exchanged for another size or item.

If there's a manufacturing defect in any item, it will be exchanged for free.

After the order has been inspected and accepted upon delivery, returns are no longer applicable.

نحرص في WRD على أن تكون تجربة التسوق سهلة ومريحة.

إذا لم يكن المنتج مناسبًا لك، يمكنك الاستفادة من سياسة الاستبدال الخاصة بنا كالتالي:

يمكنك فحص طلبك عند الاستلام. إذا لم يكن مناسبًا، يمكنك إرجاعه فورًا لمندوب الشحن.

بعد استلام الطلب وقبول المنتج، يمكن الاستبدال فقط بمقاس آخر أو منتج آخر.
في حال وجود عيب صناعي في المنتج، سيتم الاستبدال مجانًا.

بعد معاينة الطلب وقبوله عند الاستلام، لا يتوفر إرجاع للمنتج.
