Returns & exchanges
We want every piece to feel right — the fabric, the fit, the print. If something isn't quite what you hoped for, we're happy to take it back.
Our policy
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or exchange.
When your order arrives, you have the right to inspect it on delivery before accepting. Please take a moment to check your pieces with the courier — it's the easiest time to flag anything that isn't right.
To be eligible for return, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition
- With all tags attached
- In their original packaging
How to start a return
Email us at bywrdeg@gmail.com or message us on Instagram [@bywrdeg] within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and a short note on what you'd like to return or exchange, and we'll take it from there.
A few notes
- Refunds are processed once we've received and inspected the returned item.
- For hygiene reasons, we're unable to accept returns on intimates or items that have been worn or washed.
- Sale items are final — please choose carefully.
If anything arrives damaged or not as described, reach out straight away and we'll make it right.
