Shipping policy
We ship across Egypt, with care taken at every step — from the way each piece is folded to the moment it arrives at your door.
Where we ship
We currently deliver to all governorates across Egypt.
Delivery times
Orders are delivered within 3–5 business days from the date of purchase.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.
Shipping fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. Any current promotions or free shipping offers will be applied automatically.
Inspection on delivery
You have the right to inspect your order on delivery before accepting it. Take a moment to open the package with the courier and check your pieces — it's the easiest time to flag anything that isn't right.
Tracking your order
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation with your tracking details. If anything looks off, reach out at bywrdeg@gmail.com or on Instagram [@bywrdeg] and we'll look into it for you.
A few notes
- Please make sure your shipping address and phone number are correct at checkout — couriers will call before delivery.
- If a delivery attempt is missed, the courier will try again within 1–2 business days.
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly during sale periods, public holidays, or unforeseen courier delays.
